About Us
Our centre has been approved by the Ministry of Health for its adequacy and competence in terms of physical space, training staff and training tools in line with the principles in the first aid regulation and received a certificate of conformity on 31 November 2018. The main purpose of our First Aid Centre is to train trainers, and basic first aid application training is our other purpose.
Our instructor staff is supported by the faculty members of the Faculty of Health Sciences of our University. The ‘First Aid Trainer’ guide prepared by the training staff is given to all participants.
The features of the training provided by our Centre, which believes in the importance of human life and is aware of the correct and effective first aid in accidents that adversely affect the quality of life, are listed below.
In visual, verbal and practical applications, first aid interventions and skills and attitudes are definitely gained,
Skill knowledge and attitude tests are applied to the participants before and after the course and the training is organised and evaluated in the light of the results obtained here,
In the trainings, p. point presentation technique, slide, transparencies, video monitored models and animation techniques are used,
Scenario studies are carried out in real places,
Written materials related to the training subjects are given to the participants.
Accidents, which we can all encounter unexpectedly, are a part of our lives and we can save people`s lives or prevent disability with simple but correct intervention.
This information we will receive from the training centres and the correct behaviours we will gain will provide important services for humanity as well as the contributions to our personality.
* Legal regulation on First Aid Training
Basic First Aid Training : In all institutions and organisations, it is compulsory to have at least one first-aider who has received at least basic first aid training certificate from the centre authorised according to this regulation, 1 for every 20 personnel employed; 1 for every 10 personnel in workplaces within the scope of heavy and dangerous work according to the relevant legislation.

FIRST AID TRAINING
It is a vital first-level training that enables patients and the injured—especially family members and colleagues at home, in the workplace, or nearby—to survive and prevent potential disabilities during the critical time before emergency medical teams arrive or the person is transported to a healthcare facility.
PRIORITY AIMS OF FIRST AID
To eliminate the danger to life
To ensure the maintenance of vital functions
To prevent deterioration of the condition of the patient, injured, victim
To facilitate recovery.
CORRECT FIRST AID
In our country, a considerable number of permanent disabilities or deaths are caused by wrong and unconscious interventions at the time of accident or illness. Our centre has been approved by the Ministry of Health for its competence and competence in terms of physical space, training staff and training tools in line with the principles in the first aid regulation and received a certificate of conformity on 3 May 2005. The main aim of our First Aid Centre is to train trainers and basic first aid application training is our other aim.
